Shipping policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that during high-volume drops or restocks, processing times may be slightly delayed.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues beyond our control.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
8TINT is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.). If you are ordering from outside the European Union, please be aware of your local customs regulations.
Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at 8tintt@gmail.com within 48 hours of the delivery status so we can investigate the issue.
